1. Exchange Policy (Only for Damages)
We only offer an exchange if the product you received is damaged during transit.
- No Refunds: We do not offer any monetary refunds.
- Item Replacement: If the same design is available, we will replace the damaged piece. If it’s out of stock, you can choose another design of the same value.
2. Mandatory 360-Degree Opening Video. To be eligible for an exchange, a 360-degree unboxing video is compulsory.
- The video must start before you open the courier seal.
- It should clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the package.
- The video must be continuous, without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
- The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
- Note: Without a proper 360-degree opening video, we will not be able to entertain any exchange requests.
3. How to Request an Exchange?
